How Flowly works

  1. 1

    Choose what distracts you

Tick YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok and other popular sites, or add your own.

  2. 2

    Start focus

Press 25, 45 or 60 minutes, or let your schedule turn focus on for you.

  3. 3

    Meet the pause

Open a blocked site and Flowly asks why. Most of the time, the honest answer is enough to close the tab.

A pause works better than a wall

Regular blocker

  • Just says no
  • You get annoyed and switch it off
  • No idea why you keep coming back

Flowly

  • Asks why and lets you decide
  • Allow 5 minutes when you really need it
  • Shows your reasons and patterns

Most website blockers only say no. That works until you get annoyed, switch the blocker off and lose the whole afternoon anyway.

Flowly leaves you in charge. Opening a distracting site turns into a small decision instead of a reflex. You see how many times you already tried today, choose a reason and decide what to do. If you really need to check one message, you can. You just do it on purpose.
